Sarah is a Brooklyn-based queer, non-binary theatermaker and filmmaker. They originally hail from Cincinnati, Ohio and hold a BFA in musical theatre from Ball State University.

Currently on the festival circuit is Ouroboros, a short horror film they co-wrote and directed. Winner: Hollywood Horrorfest Short Film Screenplay; Semifinalist: BlueCat Screenplay Competition; Official Selection: New York Short Film Festival, The Thing in the Basement Horror Fest, Ocean City Film Festival.

Other recent film credits include: 2nd AC for Love is a Test, a short silent film set in the era of COVID; Assistant Director for Last Night An Artist Saved My Life, a documentary by Donaldo Prescod.

Theatre directing credits include fully produced short plays with AMiOS (SHOTZ Short Play Fest) & ANDtheatre Company, as well as a staged reading of the full length play Blue Whale Heart at Dixon Place.

In their spare time, you can catch Sarah performing stand up at open mics in Brooklyn, inventing cocktails, making useless excel spreadsheets, and mercilessly quoting Arrested Development.
